Our returns policy
Where we are making bespoke curtains or blinds etc. you are unable to cancel the order once the fabric has been sent to us from the supplier and the making up has begun.
If you have any queries about your product please contact us within seven days of purchase/fitting.
Please inspect all wallpaper/poles etc upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods please let us know immediately and we will replace these free of charge.
